The survey results showed that the public did not get satisfaction so they got the highest "B" score for public services and service units. The basis for implementing Community Satisfaction Monitoring is the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Preparing Community Satisfaction Monitoring in Public Service Units. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of digital culture, coordination, job satisfaction on the performance of financial manager employees of KPPN Balige work partners through the mediating variable, namely organizational commitment, using data processing techniques for a sample of 92 employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires that used a 5-point Likert Scale to measure the statements of the five variables studied. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that partially coordination, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance do not have a significant effect on the performance of financial manager employees. Only the digital culture variable influences the performance of financial management employees of KPPN Balige partners who oversee 4 (four) districts. So it can be concluded that in general digital culture, coordination and job satisfaction have no or very little influence on organizational commitment because most employees do not want to work in the current agency or organization.
2024-03-11T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Onny Pakpahan, Liswandi Liswandi, Agnes Puspitasari Sudarmo http://ijosea.isha.or.id/index.php/ijosea/article/view/461 Personalization and consumer disclosure : considerations of ethics in digital marketing communications 2024-04-04T11:45:21+00:00 Ahmad Wildan Fathoni aw.fathoni87@gmail.com
Personalization as a digital marketing communication strategy provides great benefits not only for marketers but also customers. Personalization strategies require efforts to collect and process various types of data from the consumers by marketers. Marketers as user and those who take advantage of technological developments in digital marketing have little concern about ethical and moral considerations in utilizing technology for the strategies used. On the other hand, it must be recognized that consumers themselves, as users and those who take advantage of technological developments in the digital marketing, don’t show behavior that prioritizes ethical considerations. This paper aims to make a theoretical review about ethical issues in personalization and consumer disclosure. This theoretical review was carried out through a literature study. Ethical consideration of personalization and consumer disclosure in marketing ethics will involve both positive ethics and normative ethics. The achievement of goals and benefits by both marketers and customers through various personalization strategies and consumer disclosure must be ethically justified. Normative ethics provide an acceptable rational basis for ethical justification, and positive ethics provide support for understanding empirically any ethically problematic decisions, actions and marketing strategies.
2024-04-08T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Ahmad Wildan Fathoni http://ijosea.isha.or.id/index.php/ijosea/article/view/457 Analysis of service quality dimensionscompetitive advantage at the samsat office of palangka raya city 2024-04-01T03:41:38+00:00 Robert Coven robertcoven88@gmail.com
Services to the community play a very vital role in community development, and SAMSAT as a form of public service, including SAMSAT Palangka Raya City, has an important role in providing services to taxpayers. This research proposes the hypothesis that Quality of Service to the Public has the potential to increase SAMSAT's competitive advantage. The research method used is quantitative by applying SEM PLS analysis techniques. The research results show that the quality of service to the public has a significant influence on the competitive advantage of SAMSAT Palangka Raya City. However, little research was found in the unbanked sector that could be a consideration for increasing financial inclusion in digital technology. This article aims to analyze the use of digital media, human resource capabilities in using digital media, and digital fund fundraising strategies towards digital financial inclusion literacy of zakat, infaq, alms and social religion (ziska) in Lazismu Sangkapura, Gresik Regency. This research uses a descriptive-phenomenological approach with qualitative methods. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection procedures include literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. The analytical tool uses SWOT analysis to test the validity of the data against the research objectives. This research found that Lazismu Sangkapura has used the digital space for Ziska financial inclusion literacy less than optimally. Several practical analyzes identified that digital platforms are limited to m-banking transfers, individual resources are less skilled or trained in operating digital media, fundraising strategies implemented through digital programs have a positive trend of growing ziska fund acquisition and equitable distribution. Various inhibiting factors must be addressed comprehensively, such as institutional management, media, resources and strategies for realizing Ziska digital financial inclusion literacy.
2024-03-22T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Sawaluddin Eka Saputra, Iwan Setiadi, Rahmat Rahmat, Aiyub Anshori http://ijosea.isha.or.id/index.php/ijosea/article/view/441 Competitive strategy to increase rural saving in micro segment of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk branch office Medan Iskandar Muda 2024-03-12T11:20:39+00:00 Ferdiantes Ferdiantes savero.anantes@gmail.com Nazaruddin Nazaruddin savero.anantes@gmail.com Meilita Tryana Sembiring savero.anantes@gmail.com Sriwardany Sriwardany savero.anantes@gmail.com Dita Deviana Fadhilah savero.anantes@gmail.com
The growth of credit disbursements is expected to coincide with the growth of rural saving. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the concept of social work intervention at the micro, mezzo and macro levels makes a significant contribution to poverty alleviation efforts. Social workers at the micro level are able to form deep partnerships with clients, develop personalized intervention plans, and provide individualized support, which has an impact on improving individual and family well-being. At the mezzo level, collaboration in the development of community welfare programs and resource mobilization results in significant change on a broader scale. At the macro level, a focus on structural transformation and system improvement has a positive impact on overall social impact. The integration of these strategies forms a robust support network that empowers individuals and drives sustainable social change. The results of this research confirm that a holistic approach in Social Work Intervention has an important role in creating a more just, inclusive and just society in overcoming poverty.
2024-03-22T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Willya Achmad http://ijosea.isha.or.id/index.php/ijosea/article/view/442 Digital marketing of smartphone manufacturing product: toxicity, social network, and sentiment classification 2024-03-08T16:29:15+00:00 Yerik Afrianto Singgalen yerik.afrianto@atmajaya.ac.id
This research explores digital interactions, analyzing toxicity, sentiment, and network dynamics using the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) methodology. Understanding and managing these elements are crucial for effective digital strategies with the rise of user-generated content. Leveraging machine learning, including Support Vector Machines (SVM) and Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE), toxicity analysis and sentiment classification are conducted. Data preprocessing involves text cleaning and feature engineering, aligning with the CRISP-DM data preparation phase. Toxicity levels are measured using various toxicity metrics, including Toxicity, Severe Toxicity, Identity Attack, Insult, Profanity, and Threat. Sentiment analysis employs SVM to classify sentiment polarity, while SMOTE addresses class imbalance as part of the CRISP-DM modeling phase. Social Network Analysis (SNA) techniques are also applied to study network structures following the CRISP-DM modeling phase. Network data are processed to compute key SNA metrics such as Diameter, Density, Reciprocity, Centralization, and Modularity. Findings reveal a toxicity level of 0.06194 and severe toxicity at 0.00730. Identity Attack stands at 0.01107, while insults and profanity are at 0.03803 and 0.04905, respectively. The threat is observed at 0.01359. The sentiment analysis indicates an accuracy of 97.94%, with a precision and recall of 98.07% and 99.86%, respectively, for the positive class. The f-measure for the positive class is 98.96%. The SNA metrics show a diameter of 4, a density of 0.000266, and a reciprocity of 0.000000. Centralization is calculated at 0.001468, while modularity stands at 0.999400.
2024-04-08T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Yerik Afrianto Singgalen
